Professional Document Systems Awarded New GSA Schedule Contract
El Paso, TX January 2, 2009 – Professional Document Systems (PDS) a leader in digital document imaging and
records management solutions, today announced that the U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) Federal Acquisition
Service (FAS) awarded PDS a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract under the consolidated schedule.
GSA designed the consolidated schedule as a means for industry to offer a more diverse service and product base under
a single schedules contract, rather than managing numerous separate schedule contracts. With this new GSA schedule,
government customers will have direct access to PDS’s award-winning document management software, hardware, capture
and electronic forms solutions.
“PDS’s presence on the GSA schedule will allow more government agencies to leverage PDS technology and solutions
in their workplace,” said Matt Bowman, President. “Professional Document Systems has a long history of providing state,
county, municipal and federal agencies with quality document management and output solutions.”
