PDS Implements automated electronic forms system at the Florida Department of Corrections
El Paso, TX October 1, 2010 – Professional Document Systems announced the successful implementation of an automated
forms system at the Florida Department of Corrections.
One of the challenges faced by the education department was the ever increasing flow of paperwork due to their increased growth.
The DOC wanted to enhance the efficiency process by automating education evaluation and tracking forms which were still
being filled out manually.
PDS presented the user and budget friendly, Formatta E-Forms Suite to be integrated with their existing imaging system.
This customized electronic forms solution package consists of: Formatta E-Forms Manager, Formatta Designer, Formatta Filler,
and an imaging integrator and data export scheduler. Together, these components offer many time saving conveniences to an
organization constantly collecting information.

The Formatta Suite contained the key features and functionalities that the DOC required for their E-forms management

- 128-bit native encryption for data and form security
- Data extraction and index image exporting
- Exclusive server based signing and authentication

already in place. The DOC now has a fully functional and integrated forms system which can still grow as their records
