Brown County Register of Deeds Chooses ClerkTrack by PDS to Handle Their Recording and Document Management Requirements
EL PASO, TX October 1, 2010 – Professional Document Systems announced today the installation of ClerkTrack at Brown County
Register of Deed’s Office in Aberdeen, SD. PDS worked closely with their local resller, Active Data Systems, located in Sioux Falls,
South Dakota, to meet all of the requirements of the county, which included automating office efficiency, eliminating redundant data entry,
improving their scanning process, and providing seamless critical land transfer information to the state of South Dakota.
Brown County marks the fourth installation of ClerkTrack in South Dakota by Active Data Systems and has extended the reach
of ClerkTrack software to County Clerk Offices nationwide.
