Lincoln County Chooses ClerkTrack by PDS to Handle Their Document Management Requirements
Installation of ClerkTrack at Lincoln County streamlines processes and saves money
EL PASO, TX March 31, 2008 – Professional Document Systems announced today the installation
of ClerkTrack at Lincoln County Clerk’s Office in Canton, SD. Through a reseller, Active Data
Systems, located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, ClerkTrack was able to meet all of the requirements
of the county, which include automating office efficiency, eliminating redundant data entry,
improving their scanning process, and providing seamless critical land transfer information to
the state of South Dakota.
Active Data Systems is a reseller of ClerkTrack located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. As the first reseller
to complete a sale and installation of ClerkTrack, PDS is now extending the reach of their ClerkTrack software
to County Clerk Offices nationwide, as well as demonstrating their ability to integrate their ClerkTrack
software to many other imaging software solutions.
ClerkTrack was built to easily manage the recording and imaging of records filed with a County’s Clerks
office. ClerkTrack was built originally as a custom software application developed by PDS for a County
Clerk’s office, and has been upgraded to allow for customization to work with any Clerk’s office nationwide.

with our reseller, they were looking for a solution that would allow easy scanning of documents into their
system, along with being able to view and print the images quickly, and having the appropriate fees generated
automatically.”
Active Data Systems had previously installed their File Director Imaging software with Lincoln County, and
needed a solution that would integrate with the legacy imaging software. PDS and ClerkTrack was the perfect
solution to meet their needs, with the full integration and custom reporting that the county was requiring.
