Bernalillo County, New Mexico Chooses PDS to Handle Their Document Management Requirements

EL PASO, TX April 2, 2008 – Professional Document Systems announced today the installation of DocLink Software
at the Bernalillo County, New Mexico administrative offices, integrating their legacy ApplicationXtender imaging
system with new SAP enterprise resource planning software. When the county wanted to install the new ERP
system, they turned to PDS to integrate their current ApplicationXtender imaging system with SAP. PDS was
able to meet all of the requirements of the County, which included using DocLink to be able to access their
scanned documents from anywhere in the new ERP system. DocLink will work in over 15 different departments,
including the City Clerk, Finance, Public Works, Human Resources and Purchasing departments.

PDS proposed a software solution consisting DocLink, a software developed by PDS, to allow employees
the ability to click a single button to take data from their ERP system and populate the database
automatically.
