Professional Document Systems IMplements Automated Electronic Forms System at ENMR Plaueau
El Paso, TX September 1, 2008 – Professional Document Systems announced the successful implementation of an
automated forms system to ENMR Plateau, a telecommunications provider which serves rural citizens in the high
plains of Eastern New Mexico and West Texas with an array of services including long distance service, cellular
phones, business solutions, dial-up and high-speed internet.
Establishing itself as a company dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction, ENMR
Plateau has grown exponentially over the years and has not stopped yet. The company has approximately 12,000
landline customers, 75,000 wireless accounts, and internet subscribers exceed 15,000 throughout the region.

One of these challenges is the ever increasing flow of paperwork due to their increased growth. By 2006,
ENMR Plateau had long recognized the need for a document imaging system to archive and store this paper surplus and
contacted Professional Document Systems for a solution. PDS responded with the EMC Documentum suite of imaging
products, including ApplicationXtender, WorkflowXtender and ERMXtender to assist in controlling paper flow.
This system has made ENMR Plateau more efficient and effectively responsive to changing business conditions
and saved them thousands of dollars a month that was being spent on outdated systems and practices.
Not done yet, ENMR Plateau wanted to enhance the efficiency process by automating customer forms which
were still being filled out manually. Multiple forms requiring identical basic data resulted in redundant, time
consuming data entry; ENMR needed a solution. Knowing that PDS understood their paper predicament, ENMR Plateau
again called on Professional Document Systems for help. PDS presented the user and budget friendly, Formatta
E-Forms Suite to be integrated with ENMR’s existing imaging system. This customized electronic forms solution
package consists of: Formatta E-Forms Manager, Formatta Designer, Formatta Filler, an ApplicationXTender integrator
