user-defined fields, including payment specifics. Easily print program rosters
and track class attendance.

Rental Center - Administrate rental reservation and payment
information for any and all facilities associated with a recreation center (i.e.
gyms, kitchens, community halls, pools, fields, and more.) Track reservation
dates and times and allowing for recurring rental registrations. Notify
users of rental time conflicts to eliminate over booking.

Reports Center – You can create multiple reports including:
cashier summary for cash management, sign in reports for activities, rental
reports by facility, participant reports, visit recaps, and much more!
Additional customizable reports are also available.

Fitness Center - Designed to track and record membership
usage of fitness related facilities. Store vital participant information
including medical release information. “Check in" members and track their visits
using bar coded membership badges, as well as notification of membership
expiration.

Sports Center – Manage your team registrations with this module
that is fully customizable to accommodate a variety of different sports
leagues. Track leagues, teams, coaches, participants and handle your league
scheduling all in one place.
- Receipt Center – This module provides you the ability to accept
payments and produce receipts for miscellaneous transactions not associated with
any other module/center.
These modules allow you to manage and track your entire department's operations,
automating what used to be paper files and simplifying your processes.
